Building 4 is 77,500 s.f. and Building 5 is 89,000 s.f. This tilt-construction business park is ideal for warehouse and distribution with numerous dock high and ground level doors and is located along Cache Valley’s industrial corridor.

Eckman Construction assisted with tenant improvement projects for Al’s Sporting Goods, Pepperidge Farms and Camp Chef, and Schreiber Food.
