Meet the Team: Curtis Padjen

Curtis Padjen, Estimator

Curtis Padjen has been with Eckman & Mitchell for 40 years, having started as a laborer on the concrete crew. He is responsible for contract lease development, bidding processes, establishing preliminary budgets, and project estimating. He is also involved in corporate decision making as a member of the company.

He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor in Science, then later attended Westminster College to earn an MBA. In his time at Eckman, he has been involved in hundreds of Eckman projects ranging from $2million to $55million. Projects he was very involved with include Pheasant Hollow Business Park, Hunter Douglas Distribution Center, Ballard Medical, many of the Sportsman’s Warehouse locations, and numerous others.

Curtis enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children—attributing his successes and milestones to having their love and support throughout his life. He believes that with hard work and dedication, anything can be accomplished.
