White Mountain Business Park

The White Mountain Business Park consists of six tilt-up concrete panel buildings that sit on 40 acres. The buildings, complete site infrastructure and roads were constructed by Eckman Construction in three phases over three years. Each multi-tenant building was designed with clerestory window store fronts and offers office and warehouse space with 28′ clear ceiling heights, and common courtyard docks with 19 dock-high and 8 ground-level loading areas.
