Summit Supply Tenant Improvement
Summit Supply is a 92,414 SF tenant improvement project which included a main office and warehouse area. The main office area (2,643 SF) includes the main entrance with a receptionist area, two break rooms, a conference room, an open office area, and offices for managers. Also included in the T.I. is a warehouse area of 89,771 SF. The warehouse area has racking to provide lots of storage for the warehouse and improvements to 17 of the docks to allow for the ease of loading and unloading of trucks.
