Summit Supply Tenant Improvement

UNDER CONSTRUCTION | A 92,414 SF Tenant Improvement project including a main office and warehouse area. The main office area (2,643 SF) includes the main entrance with a receptionist area, two breakrooms, a conference room, an open office area, and offices for managers. Also included in the TI is a warehouse area of 89,771 SF. The warehouse area has racking to provide lots of storage for the warehouse and improvements to 17 of the docks to allow for the ease of loading and unloading of trucks.
