Smalley and Company Recycling Tenant Improvement

Eckman Construction provided construction services for this 30,699 SF Tenant Improvement for Smalley and Company, a specialty commercial caulking and sealing product supplier. The project includes a main office area of 2,682 SF, a 480 SF fire-rated room (for storage of flammable products), with the remaining square footage utilized for warehouse space. The main office area includes offices for managers, a conference room, and a sales area in the main lobby. The build-out of the warehouse includes a product demonstration area along with extensive racking to provide storage for products. Improvements were also provided to four docks to allow for the ease of loading and unloading of trucks.
