Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement
UNDER CONSTRUCTION | Salt Lake City, UT
This new construction project involves the development of a 36,800-SF facility spread across six buildings on a site encompassing over 7 acres of land. The key structures include:
Helicopter Hangar: A pre-engineered metal building designed to house helicopters, providing a secure and functional space for aviation operations.
State-of-the-Art Laboratory Facility: A cutting-edge lab designed to support advanced scientific research, with specialized infrastructure to facilitate high-tech experiments and operations.
Unique Screened Cages: Four distinct, environmentally controlled screened cages intended for mosquito research. These cages will be tailored for scientific studies on mosquito behavior and ecology.
In addition to the buildings, the project features comprehensive site development, including utilities, landscaping, and access roads to support the operational needs of the facility. This development aims to provide a modern, sustainable space for aviation, scientific research, and specialized ecological studies.
