NorthPointe Business Park

Designed by AE Urbia and constructed by Eckman, this Class A business park in American Fork, Utah includes two Class A buildings. Each tilt-up concrete panel building includes office and warehouse space with dock and drive-in loading bays. Eckman faced a challenge with the building site due to seven natural springs. The springs were excavated, and a subterranean drainage system was installed to pipe the spring water into a storm system and then the area was backfilled with rock.
