Malouf Headquarters

Malouf is a manufacturer of high-end bedding products: linens, mattresses, pillows, and bedframes. The owners wanted their new headquarters to reflect the luxury of their brand. Eckman Construction was the general contractor for this project and self-performed the fabrication of the tilt-up panels.

It was also important to Malouf, a Certified B Corporation, to design a facility that promotes employee well-being and productivity. The LEED Certified headquarters have an open-concept design where there is an abundance of natural light and the work areas are open and collaborative. The facility also has a commercial kitchen, dining area and gym with a basketball court, exercise machines and free weights. The new headquarters also has a warehouse and distribution center where orders are received, prepared and shipped directly from the facility.
