Lindon Business Park

The Lindon Business Park, sometimes referred to as Lindon Technology Center, consists of four tilt-up office/warehouse buildings in Lindon, Utah in Utah County. These buildings feature industrial, flex warehouse spaces for tenants. Infrastructure improvements included the expansion of city roadways and sidewalks. The scope of work also included the relocation of overhead powerlines and site drainage mitigation efforts with the restoration and relocation of drainage ditches and the installation of a box culvert bridge.  Eckman Construction was the general contractor for these projects.
