Eckman Construction was the general contractor for this light industrial development. The business park was constructed with concrete tilt up construction that was self-performed by Eckman. The development was designed for three tenants with stick framed mezzanine that provides two-story office space for each. Additionally, each tenant space has a warehouse with 28-feet clear height ceilings and full truck docks – ground-level and dock-high – with additional ramp doors in the rear of building.
