Project Update: Brennan Properties / Raceway Commerce

Raceway-Commerce-Warehouse-FacilityBrennan Properties consist of two modern, Class-A industrial warehouses built adjacent to the Great Salt Lake. Because of that, these rear-load flex buildings required consultation and coordination with the Utah Division of Water Quality for a wetlands permit. Obtained, this project was successfully wrapped up in December 2022.
