At just under 41k SF, the Roderick Springville project combines office, retail, and warehouse under a new tilt-up concrete shell. We’ve done a number of Roderick projects over the years from American Fork to North Logan—the latter of which was over 88k SF—and it is always a pleasure to see the projects finished.
