Eckman Construction is excited to welcome Vincent Holst, Superintendent, to our team! His integrity and commitment to quality and expert finishes brings the best of our work forward on each project he leads. With over a decade of experience, he offers communication skills and integrity to each interaction, ensuring our clients are informed and up-to-date. As Superintendent, Vincent develops quality products that will further Eckman’s success with current and future clients.

“Never cut corners. At the end of the day, your work will speak for itself,” Vincent says. Within this, his approach to project challenges invites thorough communication to make sure each complication is tackled with understanding and expertise. For him, no matter the project or client, it is important to stay consistent, providing a high-quality product. Seeing something transform from nothing to that quality product—knowing he helped in the success—is his reward for hard work.

In his free time, when he’s not nerding over anything aerospace, Vincent loves to go dirtbiking, camp, and spend time with his family!
